The Item System
So why are we putting an item system in place? Well let's put things into perspective. We don't want people to be walking general stores and walking armories, so we will be limiting your character to have 10 slots of items, however varying sizes of items will vary in how many slots it takes up. (This will include encumberment and space in a rough scale) This will not include your primary weapons, but will include any additional weapons aside from your primary. Your Soul Ability/Weapon does not count for the Primary spot, meaning, you can have another weapon including your zanpaktou/doll/Quincy bow, etc.
Miniature Items will cost no slots, however please be reasonable as to how many you carry. These will usually be items that are not readily known as weapons. (Phones, Pills, Watches, Wallets) These items are usually not used for combat.
Ammunition will cost 1 slot per magazine or quiver. These however do not need to be repurchased after usage. Count resets if the user is given ample time to be able to reload the magazines or quivers.
Quincy Items will take various slots, dependent on the type of item carrying. 10 Ginto Tubes will take up one slot and 5 custom arrowheads (including Seele Schneiders) will take up one slot. The Sanrei Glove will also take one slot.
Gigais will cost three slots and Soul Phones will cost one slot. Reloads will also cost one slot per reload (this includes ammunition for primary weapons and does not include the normal Quincy Bow/Arrowheads)
Items in Combat
Using Items in combat will take one action per item unless otherwise stated (This includes reloads). Items that are < 1 slot may be used at max 2 items per action. If you must prepare the usage of a item per spell or technique prerequisite, then those conditions must be met before usage, or else the item will not work. Please keep count of your items, as your item usage can be ignored if you no longer possess the item that you are attempting to use.
Using an item outside of its intended usage is possible, however please be reasonable and be within the ability of the item that is being used.
Weapons follow the normal rule of combat. One attack will take up one action (excluding masteries)
